1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Directions
Needed for layers: corn chips, shredded lettuce, shredded mexican, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped fresh cilantro
Cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper until done; drain.
Add Rotel and seasonings.
Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
In glass bowl layer corn chips, lettuce, taco meat, grated cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
Top with salsa.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
