2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. catsup
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt, divided
6 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, divided
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. oil

Directions
Combine eggs, catsup, bread crumbs, 1-1/2 teaspoons salt and 5 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce. Add beef and mix lightly. Divide mixture in half. Shape each half into an 8-inch circle and place on a lightly greased pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, add onions, peppers and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook 2 minutes longer.
To layer, top one meat circle with the vegetable mix, add the second meat circle and top with the remaining vegetables. Cut in wedges to serve.
