Why I Love This Recipe
Top with cucumber, tomato, olives and feta cheese. Serve with veggies.
Ingredients You'll Need
Ingredients:
• 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 T lemon juice
• ½ t Greek seasoning
• 10 oz hummus
• ¾ C diced cucumber
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1/3 C feta cheese
• Veggies, for serving
Directions
Directions:
Add cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning to a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread mixture into a shallow serving dish. Spread hummus on top of cream cheese mixture.
