Leah's Spicy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients You'll Need
1 can Artichoke Hearts, Quartered or Halved
8oz softened cream cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic
1 fresh jalapeño
Salt and pepper
1/2 Parmesan
Directions
Oven Temperature: 350°F
*Soak artichoke hearts in olive oil, seasoning, and lemon juice (overnight for best results, or buy pre-marinated ones)
*Chop peppers and hearts
*Mix all and bake 30 minutes
*Dip Away!
Recipe Tips:
*If you want a tad more heat, chop up a habanero pepper and toss it in there - won't be as hot as you think, but adds a nice extra kick
