Lemon Bar Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
1 - 18.25 oz. - box lemon cake mix
1 can - 20 oz. - lemon pie filling
Zest of 2 lemon
4 eggs
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 20 x 15" jellyroll pan and bake @ 325ºF for 20 minutes. You may frost with your favorite frosting or use Cool Whip mixed with lemon zest
Garnish with Spice Gum Drops or thin candied lemon slices.
