Ingredients You'll Need
8 Hardboiled eggs
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon grainy mustard
1 Teaspoon oregano
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Fresh black pepper
Directions
Peel and coarse chop eggs and add to a mixing bowl and then add mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
