1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
1 lg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whip topping
2 pks. lemon instant pudding
3 cups milk
Directions
Mix flour, margarine and nuts together. Press into bottom of an 13" X 9" ungreased pan. Bake 400º for 15 min. Cool completely. Beat 1 lg. softened cream cheese, sugar and whip topping together. Spread over cooled crust. Beat instant pudding with milk for 2 min. or until thick. Pour this over cheese mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle whip topping over the top and refrigerate. Enjoy!
