Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 C butter
1 egg
1 T lemon juice
1 lemon cake mix (w/pudding)
1 C cornmeal
3 T lemon zest
10X sugar for rolling
Directions
Preheat oven to 375’
Beat butter, egg and lemon juice on med , about 30 seconds.
Slowly beat in cake mix, cornmeal and lemon zest
Make into 1” balls - roll in sugar
Bake 9-10 minutes
