Lentils and Eggs

Why I Love This Recipe
Not sure if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner but it was very tasty
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup cooked lentils
2 eggs
couple chopped mushrooms
half chopped onion
salt, pepper, garlic
1 tbsp butter
crumbled feta cheese
Directions
fry the onions and mushrooms in the butter. add the lentils, salt, pepper and garlic. once these are all heated add the eggs until cooked almost in the form of an omelet. put feta cheese in centre and fold over. serve alone or with pita bread. very filling and full of good nutrients :)
