Lesa's Oreo Cookie Pie
Why I Love This Recipe
My sister makes this dessert every year and it is always a crowd pleaser. It is easy, sweet and wonderful.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 large bag oreo cookies
1 box (8 oz) cream cheese softened
1 small (4 oz) cream cheese softened
1 large container whipped topping
1 large box chocolate pudding
1 stick oleo (margarine)
Directions
Crush all except 8-10 cookies. Mix oleo with the crushed cookies, and press into the bottom of rectangular baking dish.
In another bowl mix softened cream cheese and whipped cream together.
Layer over cookies
Prepare chocolate pudding as directed.
Layer pudding over the cream cheese and whipped topping layer.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cover with remaining whipped topping and cookies.
