What a yummy low carb lunch or snack.
Ingredients You'll Need
Roman lettuce (or any lettuce will work)
I package of cream cheese
1 small sweet pepper chopped up small
Black forest ham, or any lunch meat you have on hand
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
in a small bowl mix up the cream cheese and sweet pepper together, you may need to soften the cream cheese to get to spread consistency, I placed mine in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix well together,spread on the ham or lunch meat and place on the lettuce on top of that place tomato slices and sea salt and black pepper.
