Ingredients You'll Need
2 med cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
2 lb. tomatoes sliced 1/4 in. thick
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
% cup Kalamata olives, Pitted and halved lengthwise
3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
7z tsP dried oregano
Y8 tsP cayenne
Flake sea salt
Directions
Around rim of a large platter' alternate slices of cucumbers
and tomatoes, spiraling inward' Scatter onion' feta and
olives over top' Drizzle with oil' Sprinkle with oregano'
cayenne and salt. Serves 6
