Why I Love This Recipe

It is one of the best tasty meal prep pasta for ways to enjoy it. Shrimp in garlic oil tastes divine. The linguines will take on an intense aroma and will reveal a pleasant spice of red pepper flakes. Take large shrimps, and you will be surprised how delicious they can be. Changing shrimps to poultry, you can get easy and tasty chicken meal prep.


Ingredients You'll Need

350g linguine
500g large peeled shrimps
1 tbsp. plus 1.5 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
2.5 tbsp. olive oil
1.5 tbsp. minced garlic (4 cloves)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/3 glass chopped parsley
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1/4 glass freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes


Directions

In a large saucepan, boil water, salted with 1 tbsp. salt, add a little olive oil. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water.


During this time, melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Do not overcook! Add shrimps, season with salt, and cook, frequently stirring, until shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes; season with pepper.


Remove from heat, add parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir the shrimp quickly in a skillet. Add them to the linguini pot and shake well. Serve hot.
