Why I Love This Recipe

Enjoy with Corona and have fun with your friends! Fiesta Fiesta!!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb. ground turkey (85/15% fat is better)
1 packet taco seasoning (mild or "hot & spicy", Old El Paso is a good brand)
1 Tbs. Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil (which has more Omega-3's)
1 Tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup Corona Extra beer (drink the rest of the bottle with a lime slice squeezed in while making the tacos, and have a friend join in to help!)
light sour cream
mild or medium tomato salsa (I like the fresh kind in the refrigerator or deli section of the grocery)
shredded romaine lettuce
diced white onion
shredded cheddar cheese
box of taco shells

Directions

1. Brown ground turkey in oil and butter over medium heat until no longer pink. You shouldn't need to drain it, but if it's watery, do so.

2. Add water, Corona, and spices. Cook 3-4 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed.

3. Meanwhile, place taco shells on cookie sheet and bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 5-7 minutes.

4. Fill heated taco shells with meat and top with salsa, sour cream, onions, lettuce, and cheese. Enjoy with Corona and have fun with your friends! Fiesta Fiesta!!
