Loaded BBQ Chicken Nachos

Combo of BBQ Chicken and nachos, 2 of my favorite foods.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 chicken breasts, finely diced
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
13 oz bag of tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 of a red onion, finely sliced
1 tomato, diced
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the canola oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder, for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add BBQ sauce and cook until sauce had reduced by about half/ 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. In large skillet, spread 2 large handfuls of tortilla chips, Layer with half of the BBQ chicken, followed by half of the cheese, onion, tomato, bacon, and parsley. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
4. Bake for 15 minutes
