Why I Love This Recipe

I like this recipe, because you don't have many dishes to clean and you can get things done around the house while its baking in the oven. An easy recipe for anyone, even beginners.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 large white potatoes, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 tsp of salt and black pepper, 4 cups of cold water, 8 slices of turkey or pork bacon, 2 chopped green onions, 1/4 tsp of parsley flakes, and 4 tsps. of butter.


Directions

Potato: Put potatoes inside a pot with 4 cups of cold water and boil for 15 minutes. Take out and drain, place in foil wrap in oven for 35 minutes. Next, slit down the middle with knife, and put salt and pepper and spoon mix together with butter.

Bacon: Pan fry with cooking spray (olive oil or any), brown on each side and put on a napkin, then chop into small pieces.

Now you can add your cheese on top and place back into the oven for 10 more minutes. Once cheese is melted, take out of the oven and add parsley flakes, green onions, bacon, and sour cream on top of the baked potato. Enjoy!
