"I love the old fashion recipes , but I made this one loaded"

Serves 4-6 | Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 1 hour

Why I Love This Recipe

Easy to fix old fashion recipe, you can add any topping you would like .

Ingredients You'll Need

6 potatoes scrubbed
6 sausage links
2 green onions diced
6 tb. sour cream
6 tb butter
6 tb cheddar cheese shredded
3 slices of bacon fried and crumbled


Use a apple peeler and cut a hole almost through end to end of the potato, the insert a sausage link into each one. Grease up you potatoes and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degree for 1 hour. Remove and cut down the middle and add the rest of the ingredients . This is a meal just by itself. Serve

Pairs Well With

Great just as a meal....a salad would be nice
