Why I Love This Recipe

I cooked this for the first time with lobster, gotta tell you, my older sister loved it.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2(16 oz) packs of rigatoni or penne pasta
2 bags of Langostino Lobster
Épis to season the lobster to make sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup finely chopped bell peppers (all colors)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
4 packs of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag crushed Kellogg cornflakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large pot, add water & salt; and bring to a boil. Once boiling add pasta and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes or until al dente. Drain pasta and return back to pot
Add butter, chopped onion and bell peppers to macaroni. Mix
Then, add mayo and milk(carnation). Mix
In a pot, sautée the lobster with some épis to make some gravy
Then, pour into pasta. Mix
Then, add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Pour pasta mixture into baking dish, sprinkle remaining cup of Parmesan and crushed Kellogg cornflakes. Place pan on the middle rack in oven uncovered and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
