Why I Love This Recipe

This is just so good. I had a vision when I saw the lobster and I just went with it and it came out perfect! Would make the saucer a little less cheesy next time, but otherwise, it was perfect

Ingredients You'll Need

Pizza dough of choice
1 package Trader Joes Langostino Tails
Bag of shredded cheese of choice
Cooking oil of choice
Fresh herbs of choice
garlic powder

For the sauce:
5-7 Garlic Cloves
1 cup heavy cream plus more for vodka sauce drizzle
1 cup of grated cheese such as parmesan, romano, pecorino or a combination
Provence herbs to taste
Cayenne powder to taste

For the vodka sauce drizzle - reference my vodka sauce recipe for instructions, but you'll want to make a much smaller portion of that recipe. I eyeballed ingredient amounts since I've made that sauce so many times, but you'll need the following ingredients:
Olive oil
Tomato paste
Heavy cream
Red pepper flakes


Preheat oven to temperature instructed on the back of the pizza dough package. Start making vodka sauce by referencing instructions on that recipe

Simultaneously start making your creamy cheese sauce by heating up some oil on a skillet and when hot, add your garlic, finely chopped

Cook until fragrant and almost caramelized. Add your cream and mix well

Add in your grated cheese and herbs and cayenne. Mix and let flavors meld on low heat. Make your garlic butter by melting butter and mixing with lots of garlic powder or minced garlic; set aside

Roll out your pizza dough and pour creamy cheese sauce all over, with the exception of what will become your pizza crust. Add as much shredded cheese as you want and then add the entire bag of langostino tails. Drizzle the vodka sauce over the lobster and brush crust with garlic butter. Pop in oven for time indicated on the dough package

Remove from oven and let cook. Top with herbs of choice, more grated parm, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Enjoy!
