Low Carb Blackened Dijon Chicken

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
3/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
4 tbs Olive Oil
5 tbs Blackened Seasoning:
1 1/2 tbs Paprika
1 tbs Garlic Powder
1 tbs Onion Powder
1 tbs Thyme Leaves
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Celery Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
Directions
1.Pre Heat oven to 400 °
2.Season each breast on both sides with seasoning
3. Using a basting brush you will then brush each side of the breast with Dijon mustard.
4.In a large Fry-pan, heat 4 tbs Olive Oil and sear breasts on each side for 4 minutes each side.
5.Remove and place on rimmed cookie sheet
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with side dish of your choice!
