Low Carb Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Cup Almond flour
3 Tbsp. + 1 ½ tsp melted butter
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. xanthan gum
3 eggs, beaten
2 ¼ cup shredded cheese (I think sharp cheese works the best, but feel free to use whatever kind you want)
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
1.Mix all ingredients together well, forming a dough. It will seem a little dry, but that is how it should be
2.Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chilled
3.Preheat oven to 375
4.Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
5.Spoon dough onto cookie sheet
6.Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned
