Low Carb Spicy Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Why I Love This Recipe
wanted a lower calorie and carb alternative for commercial BBQ sauce and came up with this recipe. You can easily adjust the amounts and even play with the ratios to suit your own purposes and taste. This is pretty spicy.
Ingredients You'll Need
PAM
1/2 large onion (180 gms), finely minced
1/2 medium sweet red pepper (42 gms), finely minced Chipotle Chiles
Canned Tomato Paste (no sugar) ~ 12 oz.
Directions
Saute (using PAM):
1/2 large onion (180 gms), finely minced
1/2 medium sweet red pepper (42 gms), finely minced
until soft and cooked through.
Add:
Chipotle Chiles In Adobo Sauce 3 Tbsp smashed into a paste
2 cups Low Sodium V8
Canned Tomato Paste (no sugar) ~ 12 oz.
Continue to simmer for 5 or more minutes.
Let cool and store in covered container in refrigerator.
Use in place of commercial BBQ sauces which have lots of sugar
