Low Carb Stuffed Baked "Potato" Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
16 ounces cauliflower
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
3 green onion, chopped
3 strips bacon, fried crisp and cumb
salt, pepper and paprika
Cook and break up cauliflower. Grease an 8x8" or 2 quart baking dish.
Mix in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, bacon and season with salt and pepper.
Pour into baking dish and dust with paprika
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes or until bubbly.
