Low-Fat Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Why I Love This Recipe

7.5 grams of fat each


Ingredients You'll Need

 1 1/3 Cups of flour
 ½ cup sugar
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 egg
 ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
 ½ cup canola oil
 3 mashed rotten banana’s
 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400F.


Combine dry ingredients. Then add liquid ingredients. Beat till smooth. Add chocolate chips. Pour into cups. Bake for 25 minutes.


Make even healthier:


✔ use ¼ cup chips


✔ use ½ whole wheat flour


✔ use fat free yogurt
