Why I Love This Recipe

I joined SlimmingWorld (SW) at the end of June 2014. Since then I have completely changed my eating habits and although I have to be careful about sandwiches I have pretty much made them all worth half a Syn!!! other SW's will know what I am on about. This is one sandwich recipe that I really enjoy but feel free to mix it about

Ingredients You'll Need

2 Small wholemeal loaf slices
1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
Prawns/Tuna/Salmon - cooked/frozen/canned
diced Cucumber/Sweetcorn/Chopped pepper
Fresh chives or other herb


Basically, defrost the prawns if frozen or drain water out of fish tin

Chop some cucumber slices and dice or whatever veg youre having

Mix with mayo and spread onto bread

Tah dah! Sandwich made :D
