Low carb pizza with cheese crust

Ingredients You'll Need
Dough
½ cup almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
4 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Topping
1 cup mozzarella cheese (or more if you like it extra cheesy)
½ cup tomato sauce (preferably home made, no sugar added)
anything else you like on top of a pizza
Directions
Preheat oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit
Add the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese to a micowave-safe bowl and microwave high for around 1 minute
Add the cream cheese and the egg and blend well
Add almond and coconut flour, psyllium husk, spices/herbs and mix well
Once cooled, form into a ball
Between two sheets of baking parchment, flatten the ball and form into a circular shape
Place the ball on a baking sheet and punch some holes with a fork
Bake for 8-9 minutes
Flip the dough over and bake for another 6-7 minutes (or until golden brown)
Remove the dough from the oven and spread tomato sauce on top
Add cheese and your favourite toppings
Bake again just until the cheese is melted
