Ingredients You'll Need

Meat mix:
3 Lbs ground beef
1 yellow cooking onion diced
8 oz white button mushrooms diced
Opt: 1 splash worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
parsley
pepper
1 egg
regular seasoned bread crumbs (not italian seasoned)
1/8th C hot milk (can use other non dairy milk like oat or almond)
2 tsp granular beef bullion

Sauce:
2-3 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz button mushrooms sliced
2 tsp granular beef bullion
1/2 a soup can of beef stock
1/2 a soup can of whole milk
pepper


Directions

Meat mix:
dissolve bullion in hot milk and set aside for a few mins while you mix all other ingredients together then add the milk bullion to it. Shape in meatloaf shape in baking pan making sure to leave enough room on all sides for gravy
Gravy :
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir well and pour over and around meatloaf.
cover and bake at 350F about 1 hour. Take off covering and bake 'til done
