MY FAVOURITE CASSEROLE

Why I Love This Recipe
My Mom used to make this. The smell used to drive me crazy and I couldn't wait for it to be served up to us.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. or more of ground beef
1 chopped onion (about the size of an orange)
2 lbs. or more potatoes peeled and (depends on how many you are feeding) sliced thin on a mandolin
1 10 oz. can of creamed corn
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Lightly brown the beef and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Don't cook all the way. The cooking is just to remove some of the fat.
Add the potato slices in two layers with the chopped onion and salt and pepper on each layer.
Cover the top with the creamed corn.
Place a lid on dish.
Bake for at least an hour at 350 degrees or until the potatoes are tender.
