Why I Love This Recipe
I am not a fan of meatloaf with ketchup in it. I don't like the sweetness. Actually I am not crazy about many meatloaves.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger or a beef/pork mix
1 beaten egg
2 slices of fresh bread either shredded or cut in small cubes
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. of Lipton's chicken noodle soup
1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix mustard, egg, water and Liptons together in a bowl.
Add the onion, bread and meat and mix well.
Put mixture in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
