Ingredients You'll Need
10 small red potatoes
1/2 stick of real butter
1/2 C. Romano cheese grated
3 Tb. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm,then drain. Stir in butter, cheese, garlic, salt and oregano. Mash with a potato masher or with an electric mixer Enjoy serves 4
