Why I Love This Recipe

I made this recipe for an increased amount of beef. It isn't too different from the other recipe but it is the one I use most often.

Ingredients You'll Need

5 lb. beef, cut into strips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper, cracked if possible
couple of shakes of tabasco
1 tbsp. liquid smoke

Directions

Place the strips of beef in marinade and let soak for about 24 hours. (I stir often)

Remove from marinade allow to air dry for at least one hour.

Place in the oven on foil at the lowest temperature and dry until beef is able to crack when bent or dry in a dehydrator.
