MY SPONGY MANGO GELATO

Why I Love This Recipe
This yummy ice cream I made is my way to bond with the kids since they are still on summer vacation. It's very simple to make. Here's my added list of my "Mango Rama Dessert #1: My Spongy Mango Gelato". It's a classic tiramisu recipe that just made into an ice cream. You will all going to enjoy this toothsome gelato recipe while watching your favorite movie with them, like us.
Ingredients You'll Need
Graham Honey Biscuit
Prepare 500ml cream
10g mango flavored gelatin
3 tbs sugar
375ml water
2 whole native mangoes
1/4 cup (60ml) cream cheese
1/8 cup (30ml) condensed milk
1/2 tsp mango essence (optional)
Directions
Crumb: You need some Graham honey flavored biscuits by putting it in a plastic bag/ziploc then crush it with a knife or a rolling pin, or just break the biscuit into a small pieces by your hand.
Mango puree: 2 whole mangoes, mashed or use a blender.
Gelatin: Mix 10g mango flavored gelatin, 3 tbs sugar and 375ml water in a casserole. Heat the mixture in medium fire for 3 minutes. Turn off the stove then add the mango puree. Stir. Put in a mold. Let it cool. Slice the gelatin into a square.
Gelato: Prepare 500ml cream, 1/4 cup (60ml) cream cheese, 1/8 cup (30ml) condensed milk, 1/2 tsp mango essence (optional). Whisk altogether. Add the gelatin and crushed graham into the cream. Fold gently, do not overdo it. Put in a container. Chill for 4 hours. Serve.
