Ma's Elbow Salad

Ingredients You'll Need
4 boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups of uncooked elbow noodles
3 spoons of mayonnaise
A hint of oil
4 squirts of mustard
Lots of parsley
2 heaping spoons of relish
A spoon of sugar
First boil your eggs peel and let cool
Boil noodles ( any will do). Drain and add some oil to keep them from sticking together and cool.
Chop up your eggs, onion and cucumber.
Put all the other ingredients together in one bowl.
