Why I Love This Recipe

It’s amazingly cheesy, deliciously comforting and perfect for the weekends!


Ingredients You'll Need

1. 14oz or 400g Pasta
2. Vegetables-Broccoli,Bell Peppers etc
3. Milk-1.5L
4.Flour-2 tablespoons
5. 1/4 cup Cheese
6.1/4 cup Basil, Parsely etc
7.2 cloves of Garlic


Directions

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, boil pasta to al dente.


2.Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic, basil, broccoli and bell peppers


3.Remove pan from heat


4. In a small bowl,combine together flour and milk.


5.While pasta is cooking, in a large saucepan ,combine together the flour mixture and pasta


6.Increase heat slightly, then bring mixture to a gentle simmer.


7.Reduce heat to low add in half the cheese and whisk until melted.


8.Season sauce with salt to taste.


9.Remove from heat


10.Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle rest of the cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.

I would serve this with potato wedges
