Why I Love This Recipe
My husband, Tom, makes this on cold, winter nights. It's creamy and delicious. Sometimes we add cooked, chopped bacon or diced ham.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. Elbow Pasta
12 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
2 C. Milk
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 small onion, chopped
Cook elbow pasta, according to directions on box
In a medium saucepan, add butter & onions. Stir until butter is melted
Add Velveeta & milk. Stir until melted.
Add cheese mixture to cooked pasta. Mix well.
Place mixture in baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
