A family favorite.

Ingredients You'll Need

8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 lb. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 t. grated onion
Garnish: Italian bread crumbs, paprika and dried parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 1 ½ qt. casserole dish. Bake, uncovered @ 350º for 45 minutes, garnish with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley.

So this is the classic, maccaroni and cheese that everybody is talking about and cooking in movies :) Will try it one day. Have been seing the ready mixtures at the supermarkets in the States, but never dared to buy it. Yes I like to do the things from start anyway, and here is my inspiration. Thank you
