Main Dish ~ Ground Beef Condensed Caserole Easy!

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a very simple recipe I have created - sometimes "tricking" my family by substituting the Ground Beef for Boca Burger Crumbles! Easy Easy Easy ~ Delicious! Try it!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb ground beef (or substitute)
1 Package Egg Noodle, yoke or no yoke
2 cans *cream of mushroom soup/condensed
1 Cup Cooked Vegetables, leftovers work great, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, mixed is good - any!
1/4 cup milk (1 or 2%)
2 tablespoons butter/margerine
2 tablespoons mayonaisse
1/2 cup Jar Cheese (im a fan of jar cheese) chedder or any other type to your taste
Optional:
salt
pepper
chopped onion
Directions
Boil the Water for the egg noodles, while the water is boiling cook the ground beef in a frying pan to brown - add seasoning salt/pepper or chopped onion if desired but not necessary
Boil the Egg Noodles for 8-9 minutes or as package directs. Turn Off The Stove. Drain noodles well in collander. Return noodles to cooking pot on still hot stove immediately adding butter. Stir. Add both cans of Mushroom Soup. Continue Stirring, but dont smash/smush. Add milk and mayonaisse. You can substitue Sour Cream for mayo or leave out alltogether if you care to. (lower calorie/fat)
The Purpose of the butter is to actually prevent the noodles from sticking together, while it does add flavor it is not necessary. You can use 2 drops of oil instead of butter ~ it will work just as well but may alter the taste slightly.
Now add Cooked Veggies and Cooked Ground Beef or substitude crumbles. Stir/Mix. Finally add Cheese Sauce or other choice of cheese and re-heat to set.
Season to individual taste If Necessary. Parmasean is a nice compliment as well!
