Janice Copeland's Cookie Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 sticks oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Soften oleo at room temperature. Add sugar, vanilla, nuts and flour. Mix well. Roll in balls, place on ungreased baking sheet, make print with thumb. Bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
