Mamaw's Old Fashion Peach Cobbler

Why I Love This Recipe

I remember every time i would go up to see my mamaw in during summer she would always make me this fantastic cobbler!! It is simply the best out there, it was passed down to her from her mother from a small town in kentucky. This dessert brings back great memories, and everyone will most definitely love this!!


Ingredients You'll Need

1 qt. Sliced Peaches
1 Cup Self Rising Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Milk
2 Eggs
1 Stick of butter


Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. While waiting for the oven to heat up, Cut butter into squares and space out evenly in a 13 x 9" pan.


2. Combine in a Large Bowl flour, sugar, milk, and eggs.


3. Pour mixture in the pan, and then pour Peaches over top of the flour mixture.


4. Bake for 40 Minutes.
