Simple basic dough recipe from my Maltese mami' Carmen
Ingredients You'll Need
500g plain flour
some sea salt and some water
Put the flour in a big bowl and work in the butter until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
Add the salt and combine everything together again.
Slowly add water and knead the dough until it becomes homogenous. Let sit for a while before rolling :)
