Manchurian chicken is a tasty indo chinese recipie.
Ingredients You'll Need
1kg boneless chicken
For the marination:
1tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
4 tbsp cornflower
For the sauce:
4 tbsp sesame oil
4 garlic cloves
1 red or white onion cut in square
1 pepper cut in squares
4 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinergar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1 chickn stock cube
Cup of water
Directions
Marinate chicken cubes with
ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
Green onions chopped
2 eggs
4 tbsp cornflour
Mix all of this together and set aside.
Heat oil and deep fry chicken pieces for 4-5 mins.
For the sauce heat sesame oil in a wide pan or wok and add garlic. Cook till slightly brown not burned then add the onions and peppers and cook for a few mins.
Now add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, sugar, chicken stock cube, little salt, green onions, ketchup and mix on medium high heat.
Now add a cup of water and bring to the boil.
No add cornflower which has been mixed with water to make a paste and mix into the sauce until you get your desired thickness.
Now add the chicken and mix for about a minuite then garnish with green onions.
