Mandarins with rosemary honey

Why I Love This Recipe
From Los Angeles Times, 2006
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup wildflower honey
1 1/4 t minced rosemary leaves
1 1/2 lbs. mandarins
Directions
1. Heat honey and rosemary in small saucepan until liquid, and steep for at least 15 minutes.
2. Peel mandarins and break into sections, at least two segments. Remove pith and string -- note, pull central string that runs down each segment back, and most pith will come off.
3. Arrange mandarins in low mound on platter, and spoon honey over.
