Why I Love This Recipe

Mangoes are known as the 'king of fruits' and have been cultivated in South Asia for over 4,000 years.


Ingredients You'll Need

4-5 ripe mangoes, sliced
2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream, chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar


Directions

In a bowl, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside.


In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.


Layer the bottom of a rectangular dish with graham crackers, then pour a third of the milk mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.


Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the milk mixture.


Repeat the layers of graham crackers, milk mixture, and mangoes until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.


Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.


Serve chilled and enjoy!
