Why I Love This Recipe

Mango is super yummy and ginger is excellent for your body and digestion.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups diced celery
1 diced cucumber, (about 2 cups)
1-inch chunk ginger (about the size of your thumb tip), grated
1½ cups water
2 cups parsley, loosely packed
2 cups frozen mango
1 lemon, peeled
1 tbsp. local, organic honey
Lemon to taste (use the juice of one for a real citrus boost)


Place celery, cucumber, and ginger in a juicer. Then combine the juice with all other ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.
