Mango Lassi

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
1 cup or more of Trader Joe's frozen mango chunks or 1/2 medium ripe mango, diced
Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste
A sprinkling of cardamom powder on top of finished smoothie
Directions
Throw all the ingredients into a blender, turn it on and blend until smooth!
