Ingredients You'll Need

Wheat flour 50 gr
Cornstarch 30 gr
Chicken eggs 3
Whipping cream 300 ml
Fresh milk without sugar 240 ml
Ripe mango 3 fruits
Butter 10 gr
Powdered sugar 25 gr
Sugar sand 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla water 5 ml
(1 tube)


Combine flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar in a bowl, then finely sift the flour mixture into a bowl of eggs and milk, mix well.

Then, spread a thin layer of butter on the non-stick pan. When the pan is hot, scoop a patch of flour into the pan, rotate it to make the cake round. Fry the cakes over medium heat until the clear ones are ready, making turns until the dough is gone.

At the same time, you cut the mango into bite-sized pieces.
Whip whipped cream with vanilla and sugar until spiked.
Turn 1 layer of whipped cream on the cake and then add a little mango, then cover with a little more cream and wrap.

The cake you bring in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes after wrapping it can be eaten.
