Mango or Pineapple Salsa

"Mangos and/or pineapple, green onion, sweet red pepper, jalapeno, cilantro and lime."

Mango salsa is family favorite with grilled salmon that is seasoned with mango grilling seasoning. Delicious.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 or 2 mangos (ripe, peeled, pitted, and finely diced (1 1/2 c.)
or 1 1/2 c. diced fresh pineapple or a combination of fruits
2 T. green onion, finely chopped
1/2 sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced (seeds contain the heat); add jalapeno to taste
3 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
3 T. fresh lime juice (2 limes)
freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours to mingle flavors. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving so it's not too cold.
Pairs Well With
Grilled meats and tortilla chips.
