Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. ground beef
1 diced red onion
2 minced garlic cloves
Nature’s Seasoning
1 tbsp oregano
salt and pepper
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 diced red pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 package spinach, drained or half bag of fresh, diced
8 cooked shells
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella or Italian mix grated cheese

Directions
Sauté beef with onion, and garlic. Cook meat fully. Sauté veggies on other pan. Combine seasonings, veggies, meat, parmesan cheese and egg in one pan. Fill noodles with mixture and place in a greased casserole dish. Combine remaining filling with tomato sauce and pour over noodles. Top with grated cheese, a sprinkle of parmesan and some dried parsley. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F.
