Directions
Cut onion into rings,mix the pancake mix with the club soda and salt.
Make sure you get you oil hot in deep frier or you can do these in a large pot on top of the stove.Dip onions into batter and fried for about 2-3 mins are until they are golden brwon.Drain on paper towels.Then enjoy
