Marie's Candy Drops
Why I Love This Recipe
These make a lovely Christmas candy.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups pecans
2 cups coconut
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 box powdered sugar (4 cups)
2 pkgs. (12 oz) chocolate chips
1/4 lb. paraffin
Directions
Mix chopped pecans, coconut, Eagle Brand Milk, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Form into small balls and let chill 4 hours. Add chocolate chips and paraffin to double boiler and melt. Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper to cool.
